We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
If you would like to pay by check, please contact one of our customer service representatives.

Shipping & Handling

Our goal is to deliver your purchase as quickly as possible.
Orders are shipped & delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
All orders have a processing time of up to 72 hours if the merchandise is in stock.
Please contact us via e-mail or phone for special shipping needs and
we will do our best to accommodate. We generally ship via UPS.
Shipping on domestic orders is free of charge. Shipping on international orders is
US$19.95 to Canada / US$29.95 to all other international destinations.
Any International order may be subject to Customs charges.
Fleabags has no way of knowing if you will be charged customs charges
and is not responsible for such charges. The exact shipping cost for
your order will be added and displayed at checkout.

Sales Tax

Fleabags is required by law to collect sales tax of 8.875% on orders shipped to New York.

Pre-Ordering

As a courtesy to our customers and because we produce in such limited edition,
we offer pre-orders on our upcoming lines and on items that are temporarily out of stock.
To place a pre-order, please call or email customer service at sales@fleabg.com.
We are able to estimate delivery dates – we do our best to keep these dates accurate
but please be aware that we may experience delays.
We will contact you as soon as the merchandise has arrived at our studio and is ready to ship out.
